I'm Ângela.

I discovery photography during my time in University, without realizing it would became such an important part of my life. Looking back, I think it was always there, once many of my childhoow memories exist because I was constantly holding a camera.

I guess because I’m such a nostalgic person, photography became my way of not only preserving memories, but also the feeling of being there.

I’m a very emotive person and also an extrovert, who grew up surrounded by nature, in a quiet and peaceful zone, that’s why my approach is calm and unotrusive, allowing you to feel at ease and fully present, trusting that everything meanignful is being captured without you even realising it.

I won’t ask you to perform.

I won’t ask you to smile on command.

I won’t turn your wedding into a photoshoot.

Instead, I’ll give you space.

I’ll guide you when you need and quietly step back when you don’t.

WHY ‘‘ IT’S ALL ABOUT ANGLES?’’

When I first chose the name, years ago, it simply reflected the way I look at landscapes.

I was fascineated by composition, light and perspective. I believed I could tell a different story depending on where you chose to stand.

Over time, I realised photography was not only about landscapes.

It was about people.

The way two hands natural find each other. A glance across a crowded room. A parent quietly holding back tears. The laughter no one expected. The silence that exists in between moments.

Today Its all about angles means something completely different to me.

Not only the angle of the camera, but the perspective from which I choose to see a wedding.

I don’t photograph only what happens. I photograph what it felt like to be there.
